Home › Retreats › 30-Day Saigon Fitness & Body Transformation Retreat in Vietnam
Vietnam · 30 days · From USD 3107
The program runs for 30 days with a clear weekly structure. Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday are training days, with a morning vitality walk, a guided yoga session at a studio about 1.6 km from the hotel (a 30-minute walk the retreat encourages as part of your active recovery), a personal training or supervised workout at 11:00, and a high-intensity CrossFit class in the evening. Thursday is a dedicated recovery day — you go to the Jjimjilbang Wellness Center for infrared and negative ion therapy, hot and cold mineral baths, an igloo snow room, a Japanese Hinoki pine room (for oxygen and stress reduction), and a full-body recovery massage. Sundays are for rest and cultural excursions.
The training side is anchored by two personal training sessions per week, where you sit down with a coach to design a program that matches your abilities and goals. On top of that, you have unlimited access to 3–5 CrossFit classes a day, Monday to Saturday, plus 3 martial arts classes (Muay Thai, boxing, or MMA) per booking. The gym is part of the same residential complex as your hotel, so you're never more than a few steps from training.
Your progress is tracked with weekly InBody scans — body composition measurements that show changes in muscle and fat, so the coaches can adjust your training and nutrition as your body changes. That data feeds directly into your meal plan, which is prepared by a partner restaurant that focuses exclusively on athletes and weight loss. The food is delivered to your hotel Monday to Saturday; breakfast is your choice of Western or Vietnamese dishes, or a protein shake if you're in a calorie deficit. Lunch and dinner are built around premium proteins like chicken breast, prawns, basa fish, tuna, or duck breast, with complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potato, and over 20 vegetables — you can pick from their weekly menu or build your own bowls.
The retreat is run by Phan Minh Tai, known as Kevill, who has been practicing yoga for 13 years, completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015, and runs Peace Yoga House. On top of the physical transformation, the program includes cultural immersion: a guided motorbike tour of Saigon's landmarks and street food, a trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, and a half-day Mekong Delta excursion. These are included, and they're a genuine part of the experience, not an afterthought.
What's notable is the honesty of the setup. The summary sent to prospective guests openly states that this is designed for solo travelers who want independent time, that the retreat group is often just one or two people (you'll train alongside local gym members), and that jet lag and sleep are critical — they even recommend bringing melatonin. It doesn't try to be a luxury resort; it's a working training camp with hotel rooms, a massive gym, and a focus on results. If you're looking for a structured month where logistics are handled and the training is real, this fits.
