300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayas

The 300-hour training at Adhiroha is designed for those who have already completed a 200-hour course and want to go further. Over the month, you'll refine your alignment in advanced asanas, develop a consistent pranayama and meditation practice, and study yoga philosophy and anatomy in a structured way. The goal is not just to deepen your own practice but to give you the confidence and skill to teach a wider range of students.

The teaching staff are all experienced, and students consistently praise their knowledge and approachability. Each day is a balance of physical practice, theory, and teaching methodology. One former student mentioned that the 300-hour program offered far more opportunities to teach than the 200-hour course, which helped build confidence. The schedule is demanding, but the long break in the afternoon lets you rest, study, or wander down to the market.

Location plays a big part in the experience. The ashram is tucked into the Himalayan foothills, away from the busy streets of central Rishikesh, with a waterfall nearby. During breaks, you can explore the town's cafes, temples, and the famous Laxman Jhula bridge. In the spring, the weather is pleasant and sunny, while January can be cool at night, so bring layers or rent a heater.
