300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Sound Healing in Ubud, Bali

The course is rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition and draws heavily on Indian yogic universities. Over the 31 days, you'll revisit the Patanjali Yoga Sutras — covering new sections of chapters one and two, and moving into three and four — and dig into the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Gheranda Samhita. There's also a foundational introduction to Ayurveda. It's a full academic syllabus, not just a month of asana classes.

Days are structured with two one-hour asana classes, a 75-minute asana lab, a one-hour meditation practice, and a one-hour meditation lab. The meditation component is substantial — around 45 hours in total — which the school points out is more than most other YTTs in Bali offer. Twice a week there are pranayama and shuddhi kriya sessions, and the course includes two silent days at the end of the third week.

Teaching practice is a major part of the program. You'll get hands-on experience leading classes, with personalized feedback from an international team of instructors. The school is accredited by Yoga Alliance International from India, and there's an optional path to take the Level 1 or 2 exam through the Yoga Certification Board, recognized by the Government of India.

The location itself is a big part of the experience. It's an eco-village in the jungle, with an aquaponic garden, a walking meditation maze, organic fruit and vegetable gardens, and a vegetarian restaurant. The main villa has an open kitchen, a yoga library, and several relaxation areas, plus that 11-meter swimming pool and a sound and meditation dome.

A free three-day sound healing add-on course runs immediately after the YTT finishes — that's included in the price. The whole package runs 31 days and 30 nights, and includes accommodation, three daily meals, and all the training materials.
