300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali: Advanced Wellness & Teaching Immersion

Indonesia · 28 days · From USD 2025

The 300-hour teacher training at DivinePath is designed for graduates of a 200-hour program who are ready to advance. The curriculum is broad and layered: you'll spend about three hours a day on asana, working through structured progressions that start with foundational postures and build up to advanced sequencing, including inversions and arm balances. Alongside the physical practice, there's serious study of pranayama, meditation, mantra, anatomy, and philosophy, drawing on texts like the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita.

What sets this course apart is the teaching methodology component. You'll learn how to plan and sequence classes, give clear verbal cues, and make safe, ethical hands-on adjustments. There are practice teaching sessions with instructor feedback, and you'll work on developing your own teaching style. The small group size, capped at five students, means you get direct attention from the faculty and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

The instructors are experienced and approachable. Sachin Ji, who leads the team, is a master of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, and has been teaching for years. Sunil Ji brings a background in Iyengar yoga and a Master's degree in Yoga Science. Both are known for their clear, supportive teaching style and deep knowledge of traditional yoga. They're genuinely committed to helping each student grow, whether you're aiming to teach professionally or just want to deepen your own practice.

The retreat also includes cultural immersion. There are weekly excursions to temples and nature spots, giving you a chance to experience Bali's spiritual traditions firsthand. You might attend a purification ceremony at a local temple, hike through rice fields, or watch a sunset after an evening practice. These experiences enrich the training and give you a sense of connection to the place you're studying in.
