Europe · 4 days · From USD 339
The Autumn Reset is built around the idea that real recovery happens in the body, in community, and away from screens. The schedule is split into three areas: nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and deep stress recovery. Nervous system practices might include breathwork sessions led by Vincent Oloo, a senior Transformational Breath trainer, or somatic movement to help you reconnect with your body. Mindful movement means yoga and gentle exercise that's about sensation and presence, not performance—no step counts or personal bests here. Deep stress recovery is woven into every day, with time for the wood-fired sauna, sound journeys, sacred fire ceremonies, and plenty of unstructured downtime.
What makes this retreat special is the setting and the community feel of The Leela Centre. You're not just attending workshops; you're spending a few days in a living community where you'll eat together, meet people, and potentially end up having a cup of tea with someone you've just met. The retreat is intentionally small, with a maximum of 20 participants, which allows for a personal, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. There's also plenty of space to be on your own if you need it, so you can find a quiet corner to read, walk, or just sit and watch the fields.
The program is deliberately flexible. You don't have to join everything, and you don't have to do very much at all. In fact, rest is a key part of the experience. The exact schedule is shared with participants before the retreat and may be adjusted to suit the group and weather. There's an optional Monday afternoon extension for anyone who wants a little more time at Leela. The retreat runs from September 18 to 21, 2026, with prices starting from €339 for camping, €391 for a shared dorm, and going up to €549 for a private pod. The deposit is €108, and free cancellation is available up to September 17, 2026.
