4-Day Private Psilocybin Retreat on the Caribbean Coast, Costa Rica

The retreat unfolds over four days and three nights in Playa Chiquita, a small, uncommercialized beach community on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast. Your home is a private, Bali-style bungalow set in tropical gardens, just 100 meters from the beach. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen, and a porch overlooking the jungle, plus access to high-speed wifi and a jacuzzi. The furniture and decor are designed in Thailand, and the walls are hung with paintings by local Costa Rican artists.

Your hosts, Fern and Maxim, live and work here. They see the psilocybin ceremony as one part of a much larger experience. Before the ceremony, you'll have personalized preparation sessions — conscious connected breathwork, yoga, meditation, somatic practices, guided visualization, cacao, sound, and plenty of time for meaningful conversation. These sessions are not a fixed checklist; they're chosen with you, based on what you're curious about, what brought you here, and what you hope to explore.

The ceremony itself takes place in a beautiful, open-air shala surrounded by tropical gardens and jungle, just steps from the Caribbean Sea. You'll hear ocean waves, tropical birds, and the sounds of the jungle around you while you turn inward. The ceremony generally unfolds over four to five hours, with breathwork, sound healing, and periods of quiet woven in. First-timers are very welcome; you don't need a perfectly formulated intention or any prior experience.

The day after the ceremony includes a private integration session with Fern and Maxim, where you'll talk about your experience and what you might want to carry forward. Your retreat also includes pre-retreat preparation and post-retreat follow-up support, and your hosts may discuss microdosing safely when you go home.
