You'll also receive Reiki as a recipient, experiencing the practice from both sides. Johanne demystifies Reiki—no auras, no special sensitivity—just simple, effective practice that anyone can learn.

Complementing the Reiki are daily yoga and meditation sessions, designed to help you become more present in your body. There's also an herbal plant cleansing ritual, time with Johanne's beloved horses, and long stretches of unstructured time for swimming, journaling, or napping.
