Indonesia · 5 days · From USD 689
The SVL Yin & Breathwork Immersion is built on the SVL Yin Method, a signature system that combines Yin Foundations & Functional Anatomy, Breathwork & Mindfulness, Practical Immersion, and Teaching Methodology. Over the five days, you'll explore the Taoist origins of Yin, learn how to support your body with props, and study the science of stress and relaxation. Daily guided sessions help you release tension and quiet the mind, while teaching modules cover verbal cues, sequencing, and class planning.
The training is led by Ankit Chauhan, an E-RYT 500 teacher born in Devprayag and raised in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. With a Bachelor's and Master's in Yogic Science and over 8 years of teaching experience, Ankit brings a deep understanding of alignment and anatomy. His teaching style is compassionate and inclusive, welcoming every body regardless of age, flexibility, or background.
You'll stay at Tattva Uluwatu, a surf and yoga retreat in Jimbaran, just a short drive from the airport. The center features air-conditioned rooms, a pool, garden, yoga shala, and spa facilities. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with only 3 to 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention. This hybrid format allows you to start the online coursework anytime before or after your in-person stay, making it flexible for those with work or family commitments.
