The retreat is hosted by Silvia, a seasoned yoga teacher and therapist who trained extensively in Hatha yoga and aerial yoga, among other modalities. She tailors every session to your individual needs, so whether you're a complete beginner or a regular practitioner, the practice meets you where you are. Days blend active yoga with deep relaxation: you might start with a beach yoga session, follow it with a chakra harmonization class, and wind down with Yin yoga and meditation. The aerial yoga is a highlight for many guests—it's fun, slightly challenging, and leaves you feeling light and free.

Beyond the yoga, you'll have a workshop on essential oils and aromatherapy, a session in the Turkish bath (hammam) at the Eywa spa, and a 40-minute massage. There's also time to explore Puerto Banús, a glamorous marina lined with designer shops and restaurants, or simply relax by your hotel's pool.
