5 Day System Reset: A Detox and Healing Escape in Costa Rica

The retreat is built around giving your system a genuine break. For five days and four nights, you follow a rhythm that alternates stillness, gentle activity, and therapeutic sessions, all set on a 10-hectare farm in the Diamante Valley. The location itself forces a slowdown—access requires a 4x4 down a rugged path—and once you arrive, you're surrounded by fruit trees, food forests, and the sound of water. There are only a few cabins and houses on the property, so privacy is built in.

Each day follows a similar skeleton: meditation at dawn, breakfast, then either free time or a hike to the valley's waterfall. After lunch, you'll have an energy healing session, craniosacral work, or a somatic and dearmouring session—modalities designed to release stored tension and emotion. Evenings end with a light dinner and another meditation, with lights out by nine. The schedule is structured, but there's room to rest, read, or wander the farm; you're not rushed from activity to activity.

Isha Kate Andersen, your host, combines what she's learned across energy medicine, dearmouring, kundalini activation, and consciousness work into a tailored program. She's there for 1:1 support throughout, and the small group size means you get real attention. The food is a core part of the experience: you choose your detox level—full detox, light juice fasting, high raw, or mono-meals—and meals are made from organic ingredients, much of it grown on the property. This isn't a generic wellness template; it's a personalised reset, adjusted to what your body and mind need.
