5-Day Wellness Retreat in Pokhara: Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sound Healing

Nepal · 5 days · From USD 345

Greenhills Yoga Retreat sits at Sedi Heights, a short forest walk from the lakeside shops and restaurants of Pokhara. The program starts on the day of arrival with an evening yoga session, and each following day includes two yoga classes, pranayama, meditation, a daily Ayurvedic massage (on most days), and a sound healing session mid-week. The climax is a pre-dawn hike to Methlang, where you watch the sun come up over the Annapurna range before returning for breakfast. The rest of the time is yours—you can explore the gardens, walk into town, or simply read on your balcony. Rajesh Poudel, who has practiced since age ten, leads Ashtanga and Hatha classes that suit everyone from beginners to advanced yogis. The food is vegetarian and mostly organic, sourced from the family's own land, and the atmosphere is welcoming and community-focused. This retreat works best for anyone who wants a real break—post-trek, mid-career, or just sick of the routine—and prefers a small, personal setting over a big resort experience.
