5-Day Wellness & Stress Relief Retreat in Northern Tenerife

The retreat is built around a simple daily rhythm: breakfast, a private or small-group yoga or meditation session, and then one of the three signature wellness rituals on consecutive days. These rituals are named after the elements of Tenerife—the Canary Islands Wellness Ritual, the Atlantic Harmony Ritual, and the Volcanic Essence Ritual—and each lasts 80 minutes, incorporating massage, sound, and local aromatherapy to release built-up tension.

The sessions are led by a team of experienced teachers. Roberto, who has been teaching meditation for almost ten years, guides the yoga and mindfulness practices, while Alain brings his training in Chinese Bioenergetic Medicine and Medical Chi-Kung from Beijing and the Wudang Taoist Arts Academy. Kira, an Ayurveda therapist who studied in India, is also part of the team, adding a background in traditional healing. Each session is tailored to your own needs and experience.

What sets this retreat apart from a standard hotel stay is the personal coordination.
