5-Day Women's Wellness and Yoga Immersion in Sedona's Red Rock Country

United States · 5 days · From USD 1595

The retreat is built around an arc that moves from arrival and opening through embodiment, release, sacred practice, silence, vision, and integration. Day one opens with a cacao ceremony in the great room. Days two and four hold the more active practices: a sunrise hike at Cathedral Rock or Bell Rock, vortex meditation at one of Sedona's energy sites, tantra practice, a neurographic art workshop, and a holotropic-style breathwork session with an optional cold plunge. Day three is the centerpiece: a full day of noble silence, with silent yoga, meals, the labyrinth, and a sound healing journey using crystal and Tibetan bowls. The retreat closes with yin yoga, a final circle, and an integration session to carry the work home.

What makes it distinct is the combination of practices in one small container. You get the yoga and hiking standard to many Sedona retreats, but you also get the cacao ceremonies, the tantra work (somatic and fully clothed, not sexual), the neurographic drawing method, and the deep sound meditation—all led by one facilitator, Vasilina, and her team in a group small enough that each woman is actually seen.

The location is a private estate called Spirit of Sedona, a six-bedroom, four-bathroom house that previously operated as a spiritual center. It has a walking labyrinth, gardens with trails, a hot tub under the stars, a yoga deck with red rock views, and indoor spaces flooded with natural light. The land around Sedona is famous for its "vortexes"—areas where the Earth's electromagnetic field is said to be amplified—and the retreat visits two of these sites for guided meditation.

Vasilina Britikova leads the retreat. She is an international yoga instructor and the founder of VS Yoga Flow, with over five years of teaching across Russia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, France, South Africa, New York, Miami, and Oregon. Her teaching blends vinyasa and hatha for strength, restorative and yin for deep relaxation, plus breathwork, meditation, journaling, and Ayurveda-inspired self-care. Multiple past guests describe her as an attentive, intuitive host who creates a safe space for emotional release and genuine connection among the women in the group.
