5-Day Yin Yoga Teacher Training & Wellness Escape in Chiang Mai

The training digs into the 'why' behind Yin Yoga. You'll learn how connective tissue responds to long-held stretches, how to sequence a class that makes sense for different bodies, and how to use breath, mantra, and meditation to create a sense of inner quiet. The course is rooted in functional anatomy and real teaching experience, so you come away with more than a sequence of poses. You understand how the practice works.

The week is split between two venues, Freedom Yoga's teak wood studio and Samasati House, each with its own atmosphere. Freedom Yoga sits in a quiet lane near the center of Chiang Mai, a peaceful pocket just minutes from the city's energy. The studio itself is a refurbished Thai Lanna style building, all warm wood and calm. Samasati House offers a different kind of space, giving the training a sense of variety and keeping the learning fresh. It's a smart way to keep five full days of study engaging.

Your lead teacher is Mrs. Cassie, who brings over 10 years of teaching and more than 5,000 hours of experience to the room. She's E-RYT 500, RPYT, and YACEP certified, with 2,000+ hours of advanced yoga studies behind her. Cassie has led retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings across multiple countries, and she is known for creating a learning space that is both supportive and challenging. Her approach is direct and practical, and she's genuinely invested in helping you become a confident teacher.

With only 15 students maximum, you'll get individual attention and plenty of chances to practice teaching in front of a small, friendly group. The vibe is cozy and community-focused.
