Home › Retreats › 500-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Bali
Indonesia · 56 days · From USD 2239
The program is a 55-day residential immersion, including check-in, orientation, training, and check-out. Training runs for about 6–7 hours a day, covering asana (including advanced postures, alignment, assists, and adjustments), pranayama, bandhas, mudras, kriyas, and the chakra system. There's also yoga cleansing practices (satkarma), yogic anatomy and physiology, philosophy, and teaching methodology—how to structure a class, cue, adjust, and sequence. A big chunk of the training is dedicated to self-practice and teaching practice, so you're not just learning theory. The program also throws in 50 hours of Yin Yoga and 50 hours of Aerial Yoga, which are a bit of a departure from strict Kundalini but add variety. The teaching team is strong: Yogi Vishnu, the founder, has a master's in both yoga and Sanskrit; Maa is a UK-born Kundalini teacher; and the others—Ashutosh, Yogi Yansa, Rohit, Azmi, Ankit, and Babloo—each bring their own specialties, from Ashtanga to yoga therapy. The schedule is full-on: rise around 5 AM, practice, study, eat, practice, study, and then evening satsang. It's a lot, but the structure is there to support your growth. Sundays are a free day with only breakfast provided, so you can wander into Ubud, visit temples, or just rest. The location is in Ubud's lush surroundings, about a 10-minute walk from the main street, with easy access to local warungs and cafés. The retreat centre has gardens, a pool, and indoor and outdoor yoga spaces—plenty of corners to sit quietly.
