57-Day Yoga & Ayurveda Therapy Teacher Training in Rishikesh

This 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Ayurveda Therapy course is designed to be a complete immersion. Over 57 days, you'll live and breathe yoga, following a daily schedule that moves from advanced Hatha asana at sunrise to Ashtanga Vinyasa in the late afternoon. In between are focused sessions on pranayama, mudra, bandha, meditation, teaching methodology, and yoga philosophy.

What makes this program stand out is its exceptional breadth. You'll cover all the classic asana families—standing, kneeling, twisting, balancing, backbending, arm balances, inversions—with detailed attention to alignment and adjustment, in both Hatha and Ashtanga styles. But you'll also spend significant time on subjects many teacher trainings only skim: Ayurveda (including diagnosis, diet, and home remedies), advanced pranayama, mantra chanting, and the deeper layers of yoga philosophy in the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Upanishads.

The teaching is led by a team of specialists. Dhruvaji, who trained at the Indian Institute of Technology in physical chemistry before devoting his life to yoga, brings a rare rigor to philosophy and pranayama. Other teachers include a clinical psychologist who integrates yoga with mental health, a Panchakarma technician with a background in biomechanics, and specialists in Ashtanga, Aerial yoga, and Yin. Together they deliver a program that is both intellectually substantial and firmly grounded in practice.
