60-Day Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Immersion in the Himalayas

Adhiroha is a purpose-built yoga ashram with a yoga shala, meditation cave, lecture area, and dining space that all feel carefully considered. The 60-day, 500-hour course is designed for beginners through advanced practitioners who want to go beyond the basics. You'll move through advanced asanas with attention to alignment, learn adjustments and variations, and get deep into pranayama and bandhas. Philosophy and anatomy are taught in a way that connects the mind and body, so you can teach classes that are both safe and effective.

Days are long starting around 5:45 in the morning and finishing at 7:15 in the evening but there's a long lunch break to rest and digest.
