7 Day Jungle & Ocean Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat in Costa Rica

The Sense & Presence retreat is an immersive week of embodied practice and reflection. The days follow a steady rhythm, with a grounding practice in the morning and a restorative session in the evening. Between practices, you have large blocks of free time to rest, journal, swim, or simply be present in the stunning natural surroundings.

What makes this week special is not the intensity of the activities but the quality of the space it holds. The setting, the practices, and the daily rhythm work together to create real inner space for you to connect with what's true for you. The movement is grounding, the rest intentional, and connections form naturally through shared experience.

The retreat is hosted by Adriana, a facilitator with a background in dance, and Krystsina, her co-founder. Their complementary styles create a balance of structure and sensitivity, strength and softness. Patrick, another facilitator, captures the retreat's moments and is available for private photo sessions and breathwork practices at an extra cost.

The eco-lodge itself is a unique venue, the closest one by car to Corcovado National Park. The central space, Casa Grande, features an open-air kitchen and a restaurant with communal dining. Accommodation is in cabins spread out from the main building, offering easy access to the beach and jungle trails.
