A typical day starts with mineral salts, dry brushing, and a gentle breakfast or broth, followed by a breathing and meditation session. Mid-mornings bring a treatment—FX Mayr abdominal therapy, lymphatic drainage, or a hydrotherapy session in the 'Trilogy experience,' which combines a seawater bath, a plant-mineral mud wrap, and a special shower treatment. Afternoons include light movement like aqua yoga, stretching, or a fitness session, plus cooking workshops and hammam rituals.
