7 Day Soul Alignment and Wellness Retreat in Nayarit, Mexico

The retreat is structured as a private experience, allowing for flexibility and personalized attention. Each day begins with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the ocean, followed by a morning practice that combines body movement, meditation, and energy work. The first day includes a Journey Through the Chakras session, where you engage each chakra through yoga poses and guided meditation. Throughout the week, you will experience energy healing hypnotherapy sessions designed to clear and balance your energy field, as well as workshops on spiritual philosophy, Feng Shui, and human design.
