8-Day Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat on Gozo, Malta

The Shesha Ayurveda Yoga Regeneration Retreat takes place in a traditional farmhouse in San Lawrenz, one of the quietest corners of Gozo. The retreat is run by Kristin and Christian, a couple who came to Ayurveda through their own health journey – after a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, they sought treatment in Kerala and were so impressed they decided to bring the tradition to Gozo. This personal history gives the place a genuine sense of purpose, not a corporate wellness program.
