8 Day Cleansing & Yoga with Vidyamor

The days follow a simple rhythm. Mornings start when you feel like it, with your fasting menu served first, followed half an hour later by a private yoga session tailored to your ability. The rest of the day is yours — you can book an extra detox treatment, explore the island by car, or just lie in the garden and watch the sea.
