Home › Retreats › Advanced 300-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali
Indonesia · 25 days · From USD 1228
The 300-hour training is built around a structured daily timetable that balances practice, study, teaching, and downtime. Mornings open with asana, pranayama, and meditation, then move into theory — philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, mudras, and bandhas. Afternoons are workshops and teaching labs where the sequencing, alignment, and adjustment work from the morning gets put into practice. Evenings are mostly free, with occasional cultural activities and excursions.
What makes this different from other 300-hour courses is the range of traditions it covers. You're not locked into a single style. You'll study Hatha and Ashtanga for strong foundational alignment, Vinyasa for flow and sequencing, Yin for deep release and longer holds, and Kundalini for energy work, mantras, and meditation. The teachers are a mix of backgrounds — some from Rishikesh, one from a Himalayan ashram, another from Bali itself — each with a decade or more of practice and real teaching experience.
The school runs yoga teacher training regularly and has built its program around Yoga Alliance standards, so the curriculum is recognized toward advanced teaching credentials. You'll be registered with Yoga Alliance upon completion. Accommodation is simple and comfortable, and meals are taken together in the on-site kitchen, which serves three vegetarian or vegan meals a day using local ingredients.
You should come with your 200-hour certification already done — this is an advanced course, not an introduction. The content assumes you know basic alignment and teaching principles and are ready to refine them. Whether you want to teach full-time, add more skills to your existing classes, or simply deepen your practice with serious study, the structure here gives you the space and support to do it.
