The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Adishesh Yoga is a 28-day immersive program starting on the 1st of every month. It's specifically for practitioners who have already completed a 200-hour training and are ready to go deeper. The curriculum covers advanced Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment and adjustments, teaching methodology, and Ayurveda basics.

Classes include advanced asana with longer holds and refined alignment, intelligent sequencing in vinyasa, and breathing techniques that enhance concentration and energy. You'll study classical texts and discuss yogic lifestyle, ethics, and self-discipline. Anatomy sessions focus on movement patterns, injury prevention, and safe alignment. Teaching methodology includes class planning, verbal cueing, demonstrations, and practical teaching with constructive feedback.

The school is led by Vikas, whose grandfather was a Himalayan yogi. Vikas blends traditional wisdom with modern sensibilities, creating a welcoming and authentic environment. Life at the school is simple and focused, with three sattvic meals daily, and breakfast and dinner eaten in silence to encourage mindful eating.
