India · 28 days · From USD 1350
The 300-hour teacher training is the natural next step after a 200-hour certification. It's a full month of intensive study and practice, with classes running from 6:30 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, and Sundays off for rest and exploration. The curriculum covers advanced asana alignment, sequencing, and adjustments, with a strong emphasis on Vinyasa Flow. But this course goes beyond the physical; you'll spend significant time on Sanskrit vocabulary, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and advanced pranayama and meditation techniques. The school, Sarvaguna Yoga, is committed to the original teachings of yoga as outlined by Sage Patanjali, integrating the eight limbs of yoga, along with insights from the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Tantra.
