Aerial Yoga & Surf Wellness Escape in Bali

Mondo Surf & Lifestyle Village is a unique retreat space set on 3,300 square meters of landscaped land. Mornings start with a yoga class from 7:15 to 8:30 am, which combines Ashtanga-style sequencing with Vinyasa flows. The class is adaptable for all levels, and the open-air shala lets you listen to the sounds of the garden as you move.

Aerial yoga is the standout activity here. Using hammocks, you'll learn poses that build upper body strength and improve core stability while being gently supported in the air. It's a great option for beginners because the hammock takes some of the weight, making movements easier to perform. Classes are kept smaller so the instructor can give personal attention and adjustments.

Surf lessons are led by experienced local instructors, and the package includes two lessons, each with a morning and afternoon session on the water. The nearby break is one of Bali's most popular for learners, and the team is patient with all skill levels, whether you're standing up for the first time or working on your turns.

The evening yoga class at 5:15 pm is a slow, floor-based Yin practice designed to target the muscles used while surfing. It's a passive, meditative class that helps with flexibility and recovery. Beyond the scheduled activities, you'll have plenty of free time to swim, read, or explore Canggu's restaurants and beach clubs, which are just five minutes away.
