You'll learn how to set up and use the hammock, understand the principles of hanging and inversion, and master a list of 60+ aerial asanas, from simple lunges to full splits and headstands. The course also includes solid Hatha yoga foundations, including Surya Namaskar, a full range of standing and seated poses, and an introduction to pranayama and kriyas, ensuring you graduate as a well-rounded teacher.
