Sweden · 6 days · From USD 1830
This retreat takes place on a working farm dating back to 1670, just 3 km from the Atlantic on Sweden's west coast. The property covers 60 acres of fields, pristine forest and low granite hills, and the air is fresh and free of EMF pollution — you'll see deer and wildlife pass through daily. It's a setting that feels far removed from the rush of daily life, which makes it ideal for slowing down and tuning inwards.
You'll be guided by Helena Harper, a London-based Transpersonal Arts Counselor (MCGI BACP) with 20 years' experience. Helena holds a safe, unpressured space — if you'd rather simply enjoy trying new creative techniques without diving deep emotionally, that is equally welcome. The retreat meets you wherever you are. No art experience needed — complete beginners and practiced creatives are equally at home, and with groups of just 4–6, guidance is genuinely personal.
Mornings are spent in guided creative sessions, with free afternoons for your own artistic exploration. Yoga and meditation are woven into the week, along with a gong bath and cacao ceremony. There's also a floating sauna on the property, and the surrounding forest and coastline are ideal for walks and cycling. Meals are farm-to-fork vegan and vegetarian, using vegetables and fruit from the farm's own gardens, with gluten-free options available.
This is a retreat for anyone who feels depleted, stuck, or simply in need of a break from the noise. It's about pausing, finding stillness, and coming back to yourself through the simple, absorbing act of making things with your hands. You'll leave with more than just a few pieces of art — you'll leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you, and the tools to keep exploring it at home.
