The stay runs on a loose rhythm rather than a strict timetable. Your treatments and yoga class are booked into the three days, and the rest of the time is yours. A typical day starts with breakfast at the resort restaurant. One morning you'll have a 60-minute private yoga session, just the two of you and a teacher, so it can be as gentle or as active as you like.
The treatments are the core of the stay, and they're long. Restu Bumi and the Chakra Ceremony each run two hours, and Pulih Batin runs 90 minutes, so you'll get close to six hours of hands-on spa time per person over three days. The Chakra Ceremony takes place at the Sacred River Spa, the resort's riverside spa beside the Ayung. The Sacred Nap is a 60-minute guided rest session, which fits well on an afternoon after a long treatment.
The contrast therapy is the most physical part of the stay. The spa has a steam room, an infrared sauna and ice baths, and you can alternate between heat and cold. It's a good option if you want something more invigorating between the massage-style treatments.
This differs from a typical group yoga retreat in a few ways. There's no group and no shared schedule. Everything is private or for your room only, and the offer explicitly doesn't apply to group bookings. It works best for couples or two friends who want serious spa time and a bit of yoga, without a full daily programme of classes.
The source page doesn't name the yoga teachers or therapists. Sessions are run by the resort's own spa and wellness team. The setting is the main draw: jungle on all sides and the sacred Ayung River running through the valley below. Ubud's town centre, rice terraces and temples are all within easy reach if you want to leave the resort for an afternoon.
