Bangkok Ayurveda & Yoga Wellness Escape with Sound Healing

The retreat takes place in a river-view apartment in Nonthaburi, just outside central Bangkok. It's a residential-style setting — comfortable beds, air conditioning, private bathrooms, and WiFi — but quiet enough to actually rest. A pool, terrace, and dedicated yoga space are on-site.

Daily yoga sessions blend asana with pranayama (breathwork), taught by Master Hemu Masant in the classical Himalayan style. He's not teaching fitness yoga — expect an approach that treats breath and awareness as central, not optional extras. Dr. Adrish handles the Ayurvedic side: personalised consultations, herbal treatments, and dietary guidance based on your constitution. He's been practising Ayurveda and Panchakarma for over four decades.

Sound healing features prominently. The first evening includes a Gusian Herbal Treatment followed by sound therapy; Day 2 has mantra chanting and another sound session in the afternoon. If you've never done sound healing before, it's essentially lying down while the practitioner uses singing bowls and mantras to help you settle into a deep rest state.

All meals are vegetarian Ayurvedic — freshly prepared, with herbal teas and seasonal fruits available throughout the day. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, they'll adjust the menu. No meat, alcohol, or smoking during the retreat; that's part of the detox logic.

The closing day includes a final yoga and meditation session, sound therapy with mantra, and a proper send-off at lunch before 2pm checkout. You leave with a personalised Ayurvedic consultation to take the practices home.
