Home › Retreats › Beachfront Wellness, Yoga & Fitness Week in Albania — 4 Nights on the Adriatic
Albania · 4 days · From EUR 895
The retreat runs across three separate beachfront villas, and you stay in one of them depending on which room you book. Each villa has its own private pool, lounge and kitchen, so you're not sharing a building with the whole group unless you've booked into it. The beach is a five-minute walk, the resort's spa and fitness facilities are open to you free of charge, and treatments there cost extra. Villas come with air conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies, washing machines, dishwashers and coffee machines.
A typical day opens with a coastal walk, jog or run, then yoga — sunrise flow for those up early enough. Breakfast is continental, with coffee, tea and masala chai. Mid-morning is usually the harder block: HIIT, boxing, circuits or resistance band training. Lunch and dinner are both included, vegetarian and prepared without onion or garlic. Afternoons leave room for aqua aerobics, a stretch session, a talk on personal growth, or nothing at all. Evenings close with meditation, sometimes at sunset, and on certain days live mantras and breathwork with Pritee and Alok.
What sets this one apart from a standard fitness week is the live music element. Pritee Varsani leads mantra chanting and vocal work, and Alok Verma runs rhythm and pulse sessions with live soundscapes. These aren't background music — they're scheduled sessions where you're participating, not listening.
The accommodation is genuinely good for the price point. Three self-contained villas, each with its own pool, directly on the beach at Lalez, 38km from Tirana Airport and 44km from the city centre. Return airport transfers in Tirana are included.
The food is all vegetarian and cooked on site, using locally sourced ingredients. Soft drinks are included at mealtimes; alcohol isn't. If you have specific dietary requirements, it's worth flagging them at booking, though the kitchen is already working to a vegetarian template.
The optional Mount Dajti day takes you up by the Austrian-built Dajti Express cable car — a 15-minute ride above forest and valleys into the national park. From the top station, the guided summit walk is about 2.5 hours return and rises to 1,611 metres. Panoramic views over Tirana and the surrounding mountains. It's the most physical thing on the schedule outside the training sessions, and it's optional.
