Bespoke Wellness Retreat at Marbella Club, Spain

A stay here is built around four things the hotel names as its cornerstones: wellbeing, spa, nutrition and fitness. Because the programme is written for you rather than picked off a menu, the daily shape varies — but the structure is a consultation-led retreat, with the Qest bioenergetic test feeding into a plan that covers treatments, food and movement across your two to seven nights.

Individual retreats take place in the Holistic Studio, a dedicated space on the property. If you are booking as a private group of up to ten, the retreat moves to Rincon del Mar, one of the hotel's most exclusive villas, which you take over for the duration.

The wellness team is resident at the hotel, not flown in for the week: naturopaths, nutritionists, therapists and fitness experts all work on site. That is what allows the programme to be adjusted day by day rather than fixed in advance.

The setting is the other half of it. The property is laid out as an Andalusian village across the gardens, a few minutes from the beach in Marbella, and the retreat is pitched at a slower Mediterranean pace — the hotel describes the intention as slow and mindful living rather than a packed schedule.

What separates this from a standard spa break is the follow-through. Retreats run from two to seven days, but you can continue working with the same wellness team afterwards, including remotely, so the plan does not stop when you check out.
