The Elevation Facilitator Training is an immersive, intensive weekend designed to certify you in both breathwork and intentional cold exposure. It's not a passive retreat—you're actively learning how to teach. The curriculum dives into the physiology of breath and cold, the stress response, and nervous system regulation, and then moves into practical application. You'll learn a range of breathwork techniques, structured cold exposure practices, and critical safety protocols. You'll also work on facilitation skills like communication, group leadership, and session design, so you can work with different kinds of clients and populations.
