Breathwork & Ice Bath Facilitator Certification in the Himalayas

The training opens with a module called 'Sanctuary of Self' — several days of personal work before you touch any teaching material. You'll sit in circles, do breathwork as a participant, move through sound healing sessions, and journal. The idea is to clear your own emotional backlog before learning to hold space for other people's.

From there you move into the Breathingcold Method itself: the physiology of breath (oxygen, CO2, nervous system), the specific technique, and how to create safety for participants. You'll study the history of breathwork from ancient roots to modern applications, watch demonstrations, and practise on each other.

Module 3 covers trauma. You'll learn how trauma sits in the nervous system, what an emotional release looks like and how to handle it, how to set up an inclusive space, and where the ethical lines sit. Role-playing and case studies are part of this section.

Group facilitation comes next — managing different energy levels in a room, using tools like sound bowls, therapeutic touch, and guided imagery. You'll practise leading both 1:1 and group sessions with feedback.

The final module brings it all together: supervised sessions, a final assessed breathwork class, and practical guidance on running your own practice after you leave. The programme closes with a ceremony and community circle.

Days run from 7:30am to around 6:30pm with meal breaks. Three rest days are built into the schedule for excursions or downtime.
