The complex is arranged around a main hotel with rooms from Standard (27 m², two guests) up through Junior Suite (39 m²), Luxe (56 m²), Panorama Suite (70 m²), Inclusive (26 m²), Premium Suite (64 m²) and Suite Panorama Plus (71 m²). Separately, there are Carpathian villas: Premium Villa (92 m², two bedrooms and a living room, four guests), Villa Relax (60 m², one bedroom, two guests), Villa on the Hill (102 m², two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, four guests), Villa Mountain (125 m², same layout) and Villa Lisova (121 m²). All rooms are listed for two guests.
Food comes from the Panorama restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, serving European continental cooking. Guests on a wellness programme get a separate menu put together with nutritionists and chefs. There is also Restaurant Prykorne with mountain views, a library, a fireplace area with panoramic views, and a Vinoteque for a glass of wine in the evening.
The spa and pool area is the centre of the stay: a panoramic pool, an outdoor infinity pool, a jacuzzi area and saunas. The health centre adds the clinical side — balneological procedures developed with European specialists, body diagnostics and individual treatment plans from the resident doctors, cosmetology for face and body, and a range of massage treatments.
For movement, there is a gym and a separate yoga room, plus meditation and yoga sessions. The published benefits listed for these sessions are improved flexibility and strength, reduced stress and anxiety, better breathing and a general lift in wellbeing. Detox programmes on offer include a basic detoxification programme, a healthy retreat, Rejuvenation and Beauty, Immunity Power, Life Without Diabetes, Liver Renewal and Mental Health.
What separates this from a beach wellness hotel is the setting and the building itself. The interiors use natural materials throughout, with handmade crafts and Boyko embroidery motifs, and the region — Boykivshchyna — spreads across the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Transcarpathian regions. Skhidnytsia is known for its mineral waters, and the balneology programme is built on them.
