The classes are one-to-one or small-group sessions with an instructor, arranged through the hotel's concierge service. Three disciplines are listed: cardio boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. The page says the instructor will create a class designed to meet your needs, which points to sessions being adapted to your experience rather than run to a fixed group plan.

There is no published timetable. You contact the concierge — by email at concierge.lesairelles@airelles.com or by phone on +33 (0)4 79 00 38 38 — and arrange the class from there. That also means the page does not say how long a session runs, how many people are in it, what it costs, or what kit you need to bring.

Courchevel is a ski resort in the French Alps, and Airelles Courchevel is a hotel there. The page gives no detail on the training space itself — whether classes run indoors, outdoors or on a terrace is not stated.

Because the classes are for hotel guests only, the trip is built around a stay at the hotel rather than sold as a standalone training package. Anyone wanting a week of structured fight training with a set schedule should look at a dedicated camp; anyone already booked into the hotel and wanting to train while they are there can arrange it through the concierge.
