Detox and Wellness Programme at TheLifeCo Akra Antalya

TheLifeCo Akra Antalya sits within the Akra Antalya hotel and runs detox, mental well-being and weight management programmes. Each guest's plan is personalised under the guidance of the centre's team, which includes a doctor, a dietitian and a nurse. The centre lists medical consultations and diagnostic tests as part of what it offers, so the programme starts with assessment rather than a fixed timetable.

Therapy options are wide. I.V., I.M. and oral therapies are available, along with colon cleansing and enemas in four dedicated colon therapy rooms. There are frequency and wave stimulation therapies, ozone I.V. therapy (blood ozone), oxygen therapy, Matrix Rhythm Therapy, FlexBeam red light therapy and BrainTap sessions using sound and spoken frequencies. Live blood analysis is done under a high-resolution microscope using a single drop of blood, and the centre uses it to compare pre- and post-detox results and to look at hydration and nutrition.

Massage and bodywork make up a large part of the offering: twelve massage rooms in total, including nine standard rooms, one Thai massage room, one couple massage room and one VIP massage room, plus three double massage rooms. There are also facial treatments, body treatments and slimming applications, and aesthetic treatments. Mind, body and soul practices run alongside these, as do cabin, sauna and breathing therapies.

Food is raw vegan, served through the centre's raw vegan nutrition and juice bar. The centre describes its approach as a holistic lifestyle one aimed at restoring the body's natural balance, with practices addressing both physical and mental needs. What that means day to day is decided by the team at your consultation rather than published as a fixed schedule.

The wet and heat facilities are extensive: two Turkish baths (one female, one male, plus a shared area), two traditional saunas, two steam rooms, one infrared sauna, two ozone saunas, a red light therapy room and a cold plunge room. Exercise therapy areas are also on site.
