Thailand · 8 days · From USD 2914
The Executive Peak Performance Retreat at Aleenta Phuket–Phang Nga is shaped around the idea that health lasts when it is lived in balance rather than extremes, which the resort calls the 'Middle Path'. It is run through AYURAH Wellness, their integrated wellness concept, and it brings together medical diagnostics, therapeutic bodywork and daily guidance, all arranged around one guest at a time.
The week is structured around what they call the Five Companions of Health: Rest, Detox, Move, Enrich and Guidance. Rest covers recovery and regeneration through spa treatments and downtime. Detox means reducing overload, both through food and by stepping away from your usual environment. Move is the daily fitness, yoga, Muay Thai or Tai Chi. Enrich is the food and nutrition. Guidance is the medical and wellness coaching that runs through the whole stay.
What makes this different from a standard spa week is the level of personalization. The pre-arrival health and lifestyle assessment shapes the entire plan. On arrival you get a wellness consultation with a medical doctor who has more than twenty years of experience in integrative and preventive medicine. Metabolic screening and body-composition analysis give a clear starting point. A mid-stay review means the program is adjusted if your body asks for something different. Advanced blood and hormone panels are available if you want to go deeper.
You stay at Aleenta Phuket–Phang Nga, a hotel that holds a MICHELIN Key and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. Natai Beach is the setting: long, flat and largely empty. There is no bar strip and no jet-ski noise, just the Andaman Sea. The villas all have private pools, and the whole place has the feel of a high-end boutique resort rather than a clinical retreat centre.
The food is a central part of the week. AYURAH cuisine is designed around gut and metabolic health, with detoxification where it is called for. Menus are plant-forward but not vegetarian-only, and protein is included for muscle and recovery. Portions are moderate by design, and meals are unhurried. Alcohol, refined sugar and processed food are not served during the retreat. An intermittent fasting programme is available for guests whose goals and health screening support it.
