The fitness area at Le K2 Altitude is equipped with the latest equipment, in the hotel's words, and set up to work the entire body and strengthen deep muscles. The machine list covers cardio and resistance: treadmill, elliptical trainers, recumbent bicycles, rowing machine, Kinesis Station, leg extension, abdominal machine, weight benches and free weights. It is a hotel gym rather than a performance centre, but the range means you can put together a proper session rather than just spin your legs.

A coach is available on request. He or she provides advice and personalised programmes, so you can arrive with a goal and leave with a plan for it. Sessions are tailor-made and arranged individually — there is no group class schedule published on the hotel's pages.

The Goji Spa by Nescens sits alongside the gym, with a relaxation area, a treatment menu and a hairdressing salon. The hotel describes the fitness centre as a place to get away from things, which in practice means you can train in the morning and spend the afternoon in the spa or on the mountain.

Le K2 Altitude is one of the K2 Collections hotels, alongside Le K2 Palace, Le K2 Djola and Le K2 Chogori in Val d'Isère. It is a five-star property at Courchevel 1850, in the Savoie department of the French Alps. The hotel's own pages do not list room categories, prices or dates for a fitness stay, so those need confirming directly with the hotel.
