Himalayan Yoga & Sound Healing Wellness Retreat in Dharamsala

The retreat runs over six days and five nights, with the first class starting at 7 am. Each day is a mix of practical yoga, theory, and meditation: expect Hatha or Vinyasa flows in the shala, pranayama and mantra sessions, and guided meditations. The program is flexible—attendance at every class is optional—and the team is happy to adjust the schedule to suit your energy levels.

Sound healing is a central part of the week, with evening sessions designed for deep relaxation. The retreat also includes a cooking class with Krishna Das Baba, who is as renowned for his humor and storytelling as for his teaching. Guests consistently rave about this experience, describing it as both fun and educational.

The location in Bhagsu Nag is peaceful and picturesque, yet convenient. The village market is a two-minute walk away, and McLeod Ganj with its monasteries, kora walk, and bazaar is easily reachable.
