The retreat begins with shamanic plant purge to cleanse physically and energetically. Mapacho tobacco creates protection. Cold water therapy shocks the system into presence. Two Kambo sessions work at the level of the body in ways the mind cannot comprehend. The frog medicine purges toxins, resets the immune system, and clears energetic blockages.
