Host Your Own Wellness Retreat at Namaste Acres on Lake of the Ozarks

This is a venue hire rather than a packaged retreat. You pick the dates, the theme and the schedule; Namaste Acres provides the setting and the facilities. The site sits on 7 acres of wooded hillside overlooking Lake of the Ozarks and is fully fenced and gated, so your group has the place to itself. The main house holds a chef's kitchen for group cooking and meals, and there is a fire pit lounge for evenings, an outdoor stereo system and a big-screen TV for entertainment under the stars.

The tropical glass yoga dome is the main teaching space — an all-season structure equipped for yoga, meditation and movement classes. A second tropical glass garden dome grows fresh seasonal produce that can feed into group meals. For recovery there is a halotherapy infrared sauna, a float pod and a massage room. Outside, a heated saltwater pool and hot tub run April to October, and there is dock access with boat parking, lake swimming and fishing. Nature trails and a fitness pole round out the activity options on the property itself.

Owner Jodi is a certified yoga and SUP yoga instructor and is available to lead private or group classes tailored to your retreat's theme. That covers yoga, stand-up paddleboard fitness, drum circles and sound baths, with the lake as the backdrop for the paddleboard sessions. If you would rather run everything yourself, the dome and the rest of the property are yours to programme as you like.

Sleeping arrangements are split between on-site and nearby. The Serenity Suite is a private one-bedroom with its own entrance, a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also on-site tent and RV camping for a more rustic option, and host lodging in the main house with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Several vacation rentals sit within walking distance or a short 10-minute drive; these are not included in the venue pricing and are listed under The Area tab on the operator's site.

The venue is best suited to adults. Retreats run rain or shine, waivers are required, and cancellation needs 30 days' notice before the retreat date for a refund, with a 10% processing fee withheld. Cancel inside 30 days and there is no refund.
