Hue Healing Waters Wellness Retreat: Hot Springs and Daily Spa Rituals

Each day follows a rhythm of morning juice, a wellness class (yoga, meditation, or breathwork), and plenty of free time to make use of the open-air hot spring pools and onsen. Every night includes a 50-minute spa treatment, a 30-minute onsen session, and unlimited access to the outdoor thermal baths. The package also covers a daily main meal (lunch or dinner) with a healthy drink, plus one organic cooking class where you pick herbs and vegetables from the on-site farm.

The retreat is designed to be flexible—you can join as many activities as you like or spend most of your time floating in the hot springs. The zipline and highwire course add a playful challenge, while the forest hiking and barefoot meditation offer a quieter way to connect with the surrounding nature. For those who want to learn something new, there are classes on cleansing, farming, and traditional craft work.

The property itself sits at the source of the Alba hot spring and natural mineral drinking water. The valley includes the Thanh Tan Hot Springs, a hotel, and the resort, so everything is on-site. The daily wellness classes are complimentary and range from yoga and qigong to water meditation and forest bathing. With only 4 days, the program packs in a lot without feeling rushed—there's always time to simply sit by the water.
