Home › Retreats › HYROX Performance Camp in Champagne: 3-Day Intensive Training Retreat near Paris
France · 3 days · From EUR 690
The camp runs on a fixed three-day rhythm. Day one starts at 2pm with check-in at the gîte and a light snack, then a HYROX Technique session from 4pm to 6pm focused on the most technical stations — sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, sandbag lunges — with the aim of making each movement more precise and less wasteful. At 6pm there's mobility work and heart coherence, then a quiet hour before dinner at 7:30pm.
Day two is the biggest day. A 7:30am wake-up session combines mobility and core work. Breakfast is at 8am. From 9:30am to noon it's the Hyrox Compromised Long — a long session that puts day one's technique into practice under fatigue. Lunch and rest run from 12:30pm to 2pm. At 2:30pm there's a trail run on the farm loop, working cardio and explosiveness on natural terrain. From 4:30pm to 5:30pm come strength workshops for upper and lower body, then stretching from 5:45pm to 6:30pm. Dinner is at 7:30pm, followed by an open discussion from 9pm to 10:30pm on HYROX training, equipment and race strategy.
Day three opens with a mobility flow at 7:30am targeting hips and posterior chain, breakfast at 8am, then the Farm Hybrid Relay Clash from 9:30am to noon — a team event mixing endurance, strength and relay work. Lunch and equipment prep run from 12:30pm to 2pm. At 2:30pm there's a group stretching and feedback session where you go over progress and plan what to do next. The camp closes at 4pm, and participants receive workout clothes and a pair of gym shoes before heading back to the station.
What separates this from a generic fitness weekend is the coach and the facility. Maxime Krantz has over ten years of coaching experience and has competed in Hyrox events across Europe; his method covers physical preparation, cardio, mobility and nutrition. The venue is purpose-built for this kind of training — a HYROX gym, a 250 m² dojo, a running track, a pump track and BMX tracks across 14 hectares, with catering on site by Chef Juan Arbelaez. It's roughly 45 minutes from Paris by train to Reims Centre or Champagne-Ardenne TGV, then a transfer.
