Poland · 6 days · From PLN 1560
Anna Lewandowska and her coaching team put this camp together in partnership with HYROX Poland, and it's pitched at anyone who trains, competes or is preparing for a HYROX event — complete beginners to the format are welcome as long as they're ready to work. The camp starts on Tuesday afternoon and finishes after lunch on Sunday, so it's five nights on site.
The training system is deliberately hybrid: strength and endurance work combined across the week, with constant attention to how you move. Coaches correct technique on every station and run performance tests so you get a measurable read on your fitness by the end of the camp. The equipment list is the same as the race floor — RowErg, SkiErg, push and pull sleds, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags — and the sled work in particular is where most people learn something new about their own pacing and positioning.
Coaching comes from people who race HYROX themselves. Anna Lewandowska has years of experience as a coach and holds fitness and personal training certifications including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, plus a stack of nutrition courses; she's a multiple medallist in traditional karate at World, European and Polish Championship level and is completing her HYROX coach certification. Jakub Jandura is Country Manager of HYROX Poland, a certified personal trainer with HYROX Level 1 and an active competitor. Luis Pajares, a CrossFit Level 2 Coach based at Edan Studio in Barcelona, and Małgorzata Reysner, a trainer since 2006 and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since 2015, round out the team alongside the Healthy Team crew. All are working towards their HYROX coach certification.
The location does a lot of the work too. Dojo Stara Wieś is one of the largest centres in the world built specifically for Far Eastern martial arts and combat sports training, constructed according to Japanese architectural principles and set among fields and forest on the edge of the Przedbórz Landscape Park. For the camp, the facility is fitted out with competition-grade HYROX equipment. Outside sessions there's silence, open landscape and very little to distract you — which is exactly what you want when you're trying to sleep and recover between hard days.
Off the training floor the programme includes sauna time, a massage or physiotherapy consultation, an ice bath and access to shared recovery equipment. There are also classroom-style discussions on race strategy and mental preparation, and the nutrition side isn't just catering — the menu is built on Anna Lewandowska's recipes with organic products, and the idea is that you take the eating habits home with you. Accident insurance, towels, Wi-Fi and a welcome pack from the camp's partner brands are all part of the deal.
