HYROX Training Camp by Ann: 6 Days of Hybrid Fitness in a Japanese Village in Poland

Poland · 6 days · From PLN 6500

The camp is designed specifically for HYROX — the hybrid fitness race format combining 8 x 1km runs with eight functional workout stations. Everything in the programme feeds back to that: hybrid strength-and-endurance work, technique and movement quality, realistic race preparation, and performance testing so you can see measurable progress across the few days. It's not a general bootcamp wearing a HYROX badge. The sessions are structured by coaches who compete in the sport themselves.

Mornings build the engine and the strength base, afternoons add more specific race work and technical detail. Alongside the physical work there's educational content: discussions about race strategy, pacing, and mental preparation for competition day. If you've got a race coming up — or you're preparing for your first one — that element is as useful as the training itself.

The setting is genuinely unusual. Dojo Stara Wieś is a Japanese village built to the canons of Japanese architecture, sitting in the Polish countryside on the edge of the Przedbórz Landscape Park. It's the largest centre in the world dedicated to specialist training in Far Eastern martial arts and combat sports. For this week the facilities are converted with competition-grade HYROX equipment. Fields and forest all around, silence, no city noise.

Anna Lewandowska leads the camp. She has years of coaching behind her, holds fitness and personal-training certifications including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, has completed numerous nutrition courses, and is a multiple medallist at World, European and Polish Championships in traditional karate. She's currently completing her HYROX coach certification. She's joined by Jakub Jandura, Country Manager of HYROX Poland, and trainers Luis Pajares and Małgorzata Reysner, both CrossFit Level 2 / Level 1 certified and both HYROX competitors working towards their HYROX coach certifications.

Recovery isn't an afterthought here. The price includes sauna access, an ice bath, shared recovery equipment, and a massage or physiotherapy consultation. The stated approach is conscious load management — training hard enough to progress without breaking down. Given the volume across six days, that structure matters.

Cost is 6,500 PLN and includes five nights' accommodation, full board, recovery and wellness sessions, accident insurance, and a welcome pack with snacks and gifts from camp partners. To sign up you email camps@lewandowskaanna.com with the subject line "HYROX Training Camp by Ann 2026," wait for confirmation of availability, then pay and send proof of transfer.
