Home › Retreats › HYROX Training Camp by Ann: Elevate Your Performance
Poland · 5 days · From PLN 6500
The camp is organised in partnership with HYROX Poland and is aimed at everyone who trains, competes, or is preparing for a HYROX event — and for anyone who wants to take their training up a level. Over five days you focus on yourself, your body, and your fitness. The training is hard but structured: hybrid sessions that combine strength and endurance, with a strong emphasis on technique and movement quality rather than just piling on volume. There are realistic race-preparation blocks, body work that delivers results without overloading you, and performance tests to measure where you are.
Training is led by certified coaches who are among Poland's leading HYROX athletes, alongside Anna Lewandowska and her coaching team, who are also HYROX competitors themselves. The equipment is the same you'll meet at a HYROX event: RowErg, SkiErg, sleds for pushing and pulling, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags. That means you can rehearse transitions, pacing, and race-day demands on the exact gear, not a substitute.
Nutrition is handled by professional chefs cooking to Anna Lewandowska's guidelines and recipes, using healthy products from organic brands that partner with Ania. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included, and the food is designed to support recovery and energy for intense sessions — not restrict you. You also get practical habits you can keep using after you go home.
Recovery is built into the schedule, not tacked on: sauna, massage or physiotherapy consultation, ice bath, and shared recovery equipment. The camp takes a wider view of fitness too, covering movement, recovery, sleep and mindset. The point is that you don't just train — you learn how to train, and you learn how to manage load so you can make progress without breaking down.
The location is a big part of the experience. Dojo Stara Wieś is a one-of-a-kind facility built according to Japanese architectural principles, set against the Polish landscape. It's the largest centre dedicated to specialist training in Far Eastern martial arts and combat sports, surrounded by fields and forests and far from city noise — a Japanese village filled with silence and positive energy, on the edge of the Przedbórz Landscape Park. For the camp, the DOJO is equipped with the full set of HYROX competition gear, so you train to competition standards in a setting that feels a long way from a normal gym.
The camp runs Tuesday afternoon to Sunday after lunch. On top of the physical work, there's educational content: discussion of race strategy and mental preparation, so you arrive at your next event with a plan rather than just hoping for the best. In just a few days you get individual guidance from top coaches, measurable fitness progress, improved technique and movement efficiency, a ready-made HYROX race strategy, greater endurance and strength for real competition, and an athlete's mindset to keep pushing forward.
