HYROX Training Camps 2026/27 — Race-Prep Weeks in Tenerife, Mallorca & Beyond

Tenerife · 5 days · From EUR 365

The schedule varies by camp, but the shape of a typical week is consistent. Mornings start with coached training — HYROX station technique broken down station by station, then put back together in compromise runs where you practise pacing the 8 x 1 km runs around loaded movements. Afternoons are usually lighter: running drills, mobility, or time by the pool. Evenings are for eating, sleeping and doing it again, which is the part most people underestimate until they've done a sled push in 28-degree heat.

What separates the camps is who's coaching and where you sleep. The Tenerife Signature weeks run at the Travelling Athletes Villa near Costa Adeje, with a pool, rooftop and ocean views. The Hybrid House Tenerife trip sits on a banana plantation with a private house, jacuzzi, on-site equipment, all meals and programmed transfers. The Mallorca HYROX Cruise puts the training on board a ship, with sessions led by HYROX Elite 15 athletes and a Mediterranean itinerary between training blocks. The Christmas edition hybrid camp in Tenerife is built for people who want to train through the winter rather than around it.

Levels differ by trip. Some camps are explicitly "all levels" with scalable loads — useful if you've never touched a SkiErg but want to learn the movements before your first race. Others mark themselves "advanced" and expect you to already handle station loads under fatigue. Race-prep timing is worth thinking about: six to twelve weeks out from race day is a common window for a focused camp, but what you can absorb depends on your training history and health, not a formula.

You don't need a race ticket to book a camp, and you don't need to travel with a team. Solo travellers are common, and room choices (shared or private, with possible single supplements) are listed on each individual trip page. Doubles and relay teams also use these camps — the relay format in particular, where four people share the course, is popular with gyms and workplaces sending a group.

Across all camps, the things that matter for the trip itself are spelled out per listing: dates, duration, room types, what's included and starting prices. What's provided in terms of equipment is described with each camp, so you know what to pack. Bring your own training kit and running shoes either way.
