Home › Retreats › Ibiza Beach Yoga & Detox Escape: 4 Days on Benirras Bay
Balearic Islands · 4 days · From USD 1137
Charlotte Fox teaches two yoga classes a day here — usually a stronger Vinyasa or Kundalini flow in the morning and Yin, Restorative or Yoga Nidra in the evening. She also runs pranayama sessions and Kriya Yoga, which uses breathing techniques alongside postures and specific kriyas. On top of that there are guided meditations, a VOGA workshop, sound healing, breathwork and a cacao ceremony on the beach. Charlotte did her 200-hour RYT training at Yoga Union in Bali and has since taught in London, Brighton, Bali, Ibiza and Mexico; before yoga she trained in movement and mime at Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris, which shows in how she cues movement.
Mornings usually start fasted — you'll do yoga, go for a run, hike or swim before eating. Brunch and dinner are the two main meals, with snacks, detox juices, water, tea and coffee available through the day. Yuliya designs the menu around vegetarian, seasonal food without refined sugar, and the retreat frames this as supporting the liver and digestion, though in practice it just means good, filling food — guests consistently rate the food 5 out of 5. Let them know about any dietary requirements in advance.
The retreat is four days and three nights, and the schedule includes at least one excursion. Past trips have included Moon Beach, an island hike and an evening at one of Ibiza's conscious events, plus a hippie drum circle on Benirras beach at sunset. There's also a 30-minute massage included, and you can add further Ayurvedic or lymphatic drainage treatments, facials or spa time on request.
What sets this apart from a generic Ibiza yoga week is the villa and the location. Benirras is the only bay on the island designated a nature reserve, so there's no hotel strip — just the beach, a few cafes, a hippie market and the drummers who come down at sunset. The villa is a Blakstad-designed seven-bedroom property with en-suite rooms, two kitchens, Sonos throughout, a sauna, jacuzzi and multiple outdoor dining areas. It's a short walk to the water, and guests describe swimming every morning before practice.
Group size is capped between six and eight, and Charlotte speaks to each guest before the retreat to check the group will work together — she's explicit that group dynamic matters to her. Reviews back this up: people mention the small group, the sense of community and the mix of structured activities with free time. One guest noted there was some confusion around what was and wasn't included in the price, so it's worth reading the inclusions list carefully and asking Charlotte directly before booking. Meetup is 8:00 AM on day one, checkout is 12:00 PM on the last day, and airport transfers are not included — Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is about 31 km away, roughly 33 minutes by taxi.
