Home › Retreats › Ibiza Yoga Reset: Daily Vinyasa, Yin & Sound Healing in the Island's Quiet North
Ibiza · 7 days
A typical day starts early, with practice on the shaded outdoor deck while it's still cool and the light is coming up over the trees. Sessions draw on Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, meditation and breathwork — Ananda has been teaching for over 26 years, and the schedule moves between active flow and slower, quieter work rather than hammering one style all week. There's usually a longer morning session, a break for lunch and free time, then a second session later in the day, often a Yin or restorative practice or a sound session.
Afternoons are deliberately open. You can swim in the pool, sit in the sauna, read on the rooftop, walk into the surrounding countryside, or head out to explore the north of the island. The venue is reserved exclusively for the group, so there's no sharing the deck or the dining room with strangers on a different schedule.
What separates this from other Ibiza yoga weeks is the combination of small numbers, a host who is actually present for the whole retreat, and the food. Nine guests maximum is a hard cap, and Ananda hosts every retreat personally. Cesar's cooking is a genuine draw — Michelin-trained, seasonal, with produce grown on-site, and people consistently mention it in reviews alongside the teaching.
The retreat dates cover a range of themes across the year: general yoga, meditation and sound healing weeks, women's retreats built around somatic movement and creative flow, and intermediate Vinyasa immersions for people who already have a practice and want to go deeper. There are also 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher trainings accredited by Yoga Alliance, led by Ananda (Madeline Diaz Meiners). Trails Ibiza weeks combine coastal hikes and island exploration with daily yoga and the same food setup.
Because it's a small, privately hosted operation rather than a large commercial centre, the atmosphere is calm and familiar. Many guests come back year after year or arrive on a friend's recommendation. The company has been featured in The Guardian, The Observer, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and OM Yoga Magazine, and has a long run of five-star reviews from guests across the UK and Europe.
